How to Enroll

When you are ready to enroll, please take the following steps:

  1. Phone our Director at 714-963-9838 to confirm availability of open slots.
  2. Turn in the applicable signed admissions agreement (see forms section below) along with a check for $175 to cover Registration and Insurance fees ($150 for returning students). Please note that these fees are non-refundable. Your child's spot will not be guaranteed until these two items are received.
  3. Download and fill out the applicable Registration Packet (one for those families who will be working in the classroom, and the other for those families not working in the classroom). Please note that we will need a complete registration packet on file prior to your child's (and/or prior to a working parent's) first day of school.
  4. Please also take a moment to review the parking regulations for our site. Since we share the campus with an elementary school, our site license is very specific as to where we are able to park.

Admissions Forms


**Enrollment Day for 2016-2017 is Monday July 18th from 10:00-12:00. Please bring your completed registration packet (new enrollment) and Admissions Agreement (all enrolled children). We currently have a wait list of families who would like to attend Hilltop. If you can not make the Enrollment Day, please be sure to get your forms and fees into Hilltop by that day, otherwise you risk the chance of losing your spot**

Registration Packet including Admissions Agreements for new or returning enrollment:

  • After clicking the link below, select the applicable folder - "New Families or Siblings" or "Returning Families". Read the first document entitled " 00 - 16-17 Enrollment Day Letter - READ ME FIRST". Review the documents in order (i.e. 00 then 01 then 02, etc.). To fill out the necessary forms, first save a copy of the file to your computer then open it and fill it out. If you do not first save the document to your own computer, changes made cannot be saved.
  • Download Registration packets for returning families and for newly enrolled families.


Summer Camp Enrollment:

Summer camp registration packet for new enrollment.

  • After clicking the link below, select the folder - "Summer Camp". Review the documents in order (i.e. 02 then 03 then 04, etc.). To fill out the necessary forms, first save a copy of the file to your computer then open it and fill it out. If you do not first save the document to your own computer, changes made cannot be saved.
